Claire's Cakery

Claire's Cakery requires at least 2 weeks notice for all cupcakes, however we will accept short notice orders subject to the availability of the date.

Any cupcakes ordered from a picture of photograph by another cake maker can only be reproduced from our interpretation and will not be an exact replica of the cupcake, however we will try our very best.
 

Deposits

 

We require a 50% non refundable deposit on all cupcakes on the date of placing your order which is then deducted from your final balance of the cupcakes, then the final balance is due 1 week before the date of which the cupcakes are required. Once the final payment has been received no further alterations or amendments can be made to your cake. Once the final balance has been recieved we can then make a start on your cake. Once the final balance has been received no refunds will be given.

 

Storage

 

All cupcakes should be stored at room temperature if covered with any sugar paste or sugar paste decorations. If the cupcakes are topped with fruit of any kind, these should be stored in the refridgerator then taken out 30 minutes before consumption, this allows the sponge to come to room temperature.

 

Alterations

 

Claire's Cakery will make every effort to accommodate all amendments and or alterations to your order. Any alterations or amendments must be given in writing before the date of the final balance. If these alterations or amendments change the cost of your order the balance will me changed accordingly. Any alterations or ammendments that are made to your cake after the last payment are chargeable.

Refunds

No refunds will be given for any reason after the last payment has been recieved. 

 

Cancellations

 

In the case of cancellations you may be charged for the work that has already been completed.
